Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Company Location: Lawrenceville, on-site

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Processing payroll for a diverse workforce and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Analyzing payroll data and generating reports to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assisting with audits and resolving any discrepancies related to payroll.
- Staying updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 4 to 7 years in payroll processing and analysis.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in related field
We seek individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing

Proficient in payroll software preferred Paycom but not needed and have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.

Excellent communication skills are essential

A collaborative spirit and the ability to problem-solve effectively will help you thrive in this role.
