About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales development and a strong ability to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads across enterprise and government sectors. This is a critical role that sits at the front line of our sales process. You will be responsible for generating pipeline, nurturing prospects, and working closely with the sales team to support revenue growth. Responsibilities: Research, identify, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and decision‑making structures. Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and qualification in the CRM system. Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives with qualified prospects. Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B SDR or Business Development role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity space. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and pipeline development goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft). Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and working with senior decision‑makers. Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience in outbound sales for cybersecurity, AI, or related technologies. Exposure to sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or MEDDIC. Comfortable working across time zones and in a globally distributed team.
