Clinicians in Action offers professional development. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients recover and regain functional independence. You assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy while teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reports to Director of Rehab Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
