Automotive Service Writer - Elevate Customer Experience
Colonial Group
VIP Automotive Group seeks a Service Writer to support the Service Manager and help deliver a superior customer experience. You will engage customers, explain vehicle condition after MPI, and contribute to achieving VIP program standards with accurate SAX scoring. You will pursue essential LMS and vendor trainings and certifications to advance the service team.
