Certified Surgical First Assist / Scrub Tech - Plastic Surgery

What You’ll Do Be the surgeon’s right hand during beautiful, transformative proceduresfrom meticulous suturing to assisting with simple smaller less invasive procedures. Take the lead as a scrub tech , setting up, maintaining, and turning over the OR with confidence and finesse. Anticipate needs, think two steps ahead, and help keep our surgical days smooth, safe, and efficient. Work alongside a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what we do (and each other!). Who You Are A Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA, CSA, or equivalent) — with hands-on OR experience. Confident jumping between First Assist and Scrub Tech roles . BLS certified (ACLS a plus). Experienced in plastic, cosmetic, or reconstructive surgery or eager to grow in the field. Detail-oriented, dependable, and upbeat the kind of teammate everyone wants by their side. Schedule & Perks Part-Time: 1–2 surgery days per week (flexible based on case schedule). Competitive hourly pay , based on your experience and credentials.
