JOB PURPOSE:The Title Processor will handle a variety of administrative functions while also preparing commitments and policies for multiple states.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative responsibilities such as answering the phone and greeting customersPreparing commitments and policies for multiple statesEntering information into the file quickly and with precisionOpen files, order title abstracts, print contractsEstablish settlement dates with customersReview signed settlement packages to ensure a complete package with required documentsScan completed files into database and software for archivingValid driver’s licenseOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge and SkillsProficient skills in MS Office productsTitle Express experience is a plusProficient use of a calculatorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and detail orientedEducation and Work ExperienceAA or Degree or equivalent work experienceTitle Producer License (preferred or willing to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr DRB HOMES
