Member Intake Coordinator

Thriving in a dynamic environment, the full-time Member Intake Coordinator will engage in high-volume outbound outreach, making 80-100+ daily touchpoints via phone, SMS, and email to connect with members, guide them through the intake process, and ensure a smooth transition to care, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Execute daily outreach to connect with members and collect required intake information Gather and validate member demographic and clinical information, and schedule treatment appointments Maintain accurate documentation across systems and contribute to process improvements Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound or client-facing role Ability to sustain 80-100+ daily outreach activities while managing multiple open cases Persuasive and empathetic communicator with a strategic approach to outreach Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM and outreach platforms Available to work 10am-6pm Pacific Time
