Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is expanding its Milwaukee team and looking for a Communications Associate to support our growing client campaigns.

This is a full-time, people-facing opportunity for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to develop practical experience in customer engagement, campaign delivery, and professional communication.

You'll receive full training and work directly alongside an experienced team from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing client campaigns through direct, face-to-face engagement
\n
• Communicating campaign information clearly and professionally
\n
• Building rapport with customers and creating positive interactions
\n
• Supporting customer acquisition and campaign objectives
\n
• Working alongside the team to achieve daily performance goals
\n
• Developing your communication and presentation skills through regular coaching
\n

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, communications, or other people-facing roles is useful, but isn't essential.

This is an in-person position involving direct customer engagement. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
