Delivers competent, caring, and efficient care to patients across age groups. Models organizational values. Provides real‑time feedback to staff to improve entry performance. Leads or participates in department process improvement projects. Qualifications BSN required. 1 year charge‑nurse experience preferred. Professional experience that demonstrates an ability to understand the clinical practice environment. Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred. Certification in specialty preferred. Successful completion of unit‑specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, etc.). Member of a professional practice organization pertinent to area of practice preferred.
