Media Sales Executive

The Role We are seeking a high-energy, in-office Media Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position for a professional who thrives in a collaborative office environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of multimedia advertising solutions, building local and regional partnerships, and managing accounts. Key Responsibilities Daily Outreach: Execute a high volume of calls and in-person meetings to build a robust sales pipeline. Consultative Sales: Work directly with clients to identify opportunities and develop tailored print and digital strategies. Proposal Development: Design and present comprehensive multimedia proposals that meet client goals and budgets. Account Growth: Maintain a presence with clients to foster long-term loyalty and identify strategic opportunities. In-Office Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our internal creative and digital teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of success in B2B sales (newspaper, media, advertising, or marketing agency experience preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to present confidently in person. Digital Savvy: Proficiency in discussing SEO, SEM, social media, and digital display advertising. Competitive base salary + commission. 401(k) with company contribution.
