Workday HCM Analyst

Qualifications Required 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM . Experience working within a global Workday environment . Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and release management. Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and deliver scalable solutions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Experience with Workday Talent Management, Learning, Absence Management, and Report Writing . Experience supporting Workday integrations and downstream HR systems. Knowledge of HR technology best practices and process improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Workday HCM subject matter expert, providing day‑to‑day system support and administration. Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve HR processes through Workday functionality. Troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience. Support Workday security, reporting, downstream system integrations, and semi‑annual releases. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business and workforce planning needs. Create training materials and deliver system guidance to end users as needed. Location & Compensation Location: Chicago, IL Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with 4 days per week onsite in the Chicago office.
