As a Technical Product Specialist, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of booking tool functionality, partnering with global teams to shape solutions that drive adoption and customer success. Key Responsibilities Create and manage User Stories and business requirements for platform enhancements Conduct end-to-end product review and testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose across Americas markets Collaborate with local teams (US, Canada, Mexico) to capture market-specific requirements Partner with Global Product Owners and development teams to prioritize work and allocate resources Support deployment, launch planning, and change management activities Deliver training and communication to support successful product adoption Track and communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to senior stakeholders Share release notes tailored to the Americas, highlighting impactful changes Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations across regions Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
