Accounts Payable Lead Analyst

Our client, a leader in the Food Production and Manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Lead Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable Lead Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting and vendor management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead Analyst Location: Kenneth Square (On-site/Hybrid) Pay Range: $40/HR W2 What's the Job? Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, three-way matching, and payment disbursements. Ensure accurate coding of invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers. Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers to vendors. Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments to maintain positive vendor relationships. Reconcile accounts payable subledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounts payable or finance roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively. What's in it for me?
