Compensation: $45 per completed client treatment hour Schedule: Flexible | Build your own caseload Setting: Cash-based, performance-driven sports clinic Population: Athletes (youth, high school, collegiate, adult performance) About Athletic Advantage Athletic Advantage is a cash-based performance and rehabilitation facility serving athletes in the Chapel Hill - Pittsboro and surrounding communities. We operate more like a private athletic department than a traditional outpatient clinic. No insurance restrictions. No productivity quotas. No visit caps. We prioritize outcomes, relationships, and long-term performance. Not visit counts and billing codes. The Role We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to build and lead their own caseload within our athlete- focused environment. The position does not need to begin full-time. We are intentionally hiring ahead of growth. You may begin part-time and scale your availability as caseload builds.
