We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehabilitation environment. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with various diseases and impairments Providing progressive therapy modalities to promote recovery and improve patient outcomes Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families Qualifications Graduation from an accredited therapy program State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable jurisdiction Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred) Skills And Attributes Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a caring and responsive manner Knowledge of progressive treatment modalities Additional information includes background checks and a drug-free workplace policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
