Wir suchen Content & Social Media Manager, die unsere Markenbotschaft authentisch in die Welt tragen, anstatt nur Reichweite zu verwalten.
- Du planst, erstellst und veröffentlichst den gesamten organischen Content von LLP (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Du bist für die Content-Planung & Umsetzung End-to-End verantwortlich: von der Idee bis zum Posting.
- Du baust die Verbindung zur Community auf und pflegst diese langfristig.
- Du sorgst für eine positive, inspirierende Stimmung in der Community und aktivierst sie durch Challenges, Q&As und Feedback-Runden.
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen unserem Coaching-Team und potenziellen Kunden, sorgst für Nähe, Vertrauen & Aktivierung.
- Du siehst frühzeitig, welche Community-Mitglieder "ready to buy" sind und leitest sie an den Vertrieb weiter.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Grafik, Video und Copy zusammen und gibst die Richtung vor.
Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich Community Management und Social Media Management.
- Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du denkst nicht nur in Reichweite, sondern auch in Lead-Generierung & Community-Aufbau.
- Team-Player Mentalität.
- Du lebst die LLP Werte und Vision – sowohl intern als auch gegenüber Kunden.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, aber mit einem kreativen Auge für Storytelling.
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, um auch in herausfordernden Situationen souverän zu agieren.
- Wir setzen mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau voraus.
