Part Time Finance Office Assistant

Communicating with co-workers to request specified documents or receipts Data entry and working in business accounting systems Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and forms Organize and maintain company files Send out mailings Other responsibilities assigned as needed Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable transportation Ability to follow directions and work independently Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets. Prior experience with Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software is preferred, but not required Wages and Working Hours Starting pay: $17.00 per hour Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week Ideal schedule: Between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (flexible within these hours) We are required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities.
