PipefitterA rapidly growing industrial construction firm in the Atlanta area is seeking Pipefitters to join our team to work in Atlanta and surrounding areas of Georgia. Duties/Responsibilities:Assembling and joining piping by means of threaded, soldered, brazed, or cemented jointsPlanning sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and cutting pipeThreading and bending pipe by hand or with pipe bending machineTesting piping systems for leaksMaintains records, including safety logs and inspection detailsPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Heavy Industrial and Commercial mechanical jobsExperience as Pipefitter/Pipe Welder1 or more years of experience as a TIG WelderAbility to use a variety of tools, which may include blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR check, and drug screen.Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCompensation and Benefits:Health insurancePaid time offDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible spending accountHealth savings account
