Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a Foreman to oversee and manage the daily Waterproofing a restoration. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge . A successful candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the jobsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage work crews.
• Perform daily image reports
• Be familiar with laws concerning safety, health and welfare of building occupants, municipal employees and the general public.
• Supervise procedures
• Ensure that work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate activities with building management.
