Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and growth-focused professional to join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. This individual will play a key role in expanding our brand visibility, generating business opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the company. Position Overview This is not a traditional marketing role focused solely on social media or website management. We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content, coordinating events, leveraging modern technology, and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable representing the company both online and in person and is excited about helping a growing technology company expand its reach within the architecture, design, construction, commercial, and luxury residential markets. Success in this role will be measured by increased brand visibility, qualified lead generation, growth of strategic industry relationships, event engagement, and contribution to overall business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing & Brand Development Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support company growth objectives. Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content including project highlights, customer success stories, newsletters, blogs, videos, photography, and case studies. Coordinate and manage content creation from completed projects, company events, client installations, and industry activities. Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content remains relevant, current, and optimized. Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, sales support materials, and promotional content. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all company communications. Relationship Building & Business Development Support Support leadership with business development initiatives and partner outreach efforts. Help cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, property managers, consultants, and strategic partners. Research target markets, industry trends, and potential business opportunities. Assist with lead generation campaigns and follow-up activities through CRM and marketing platforms. Events & Community Engagement Coordinate company networking events, client appreciation events, showroom events, trade shows, educational events, and partner marketing activities. Represent ForTech at industry functions, networking groups, community events, and business organizations. Manage event logistics, promotions, invitations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up. AI, Technology & Innovation Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, lead generation, and workflow efficiency. Research, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies, automation tools, and AI platforms that support company growth. Identify opportunities to streamline marketing and business development processes through automation and technology. Analytics & Performance Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation activities, and event participation. Monitor key marketing metrics and recommend improvements based on performance data. Prepare monthly marketing reports and growth recommendations for leadership. Requirements Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, event coordination, or a related field. Experience managing social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, and digital marketing campaigns. Experience maintaining and updating websites. Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional networking. Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking platforms. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern marketing software platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the AV, technology, construction, architecture, design, engineering, luxury residential, or commercial industries. Experience with photography, video production, graphic design, or content development. Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Experience planning and coordinating events, trade shows, or networking activities. AI & Marketing Technology Experience Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar platforms. Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation, research, campaign development, lead generation, workflow automation, and marketing efficiency. Interest in staying current with emerging AI technologies and applying them to business growth initiatives.
