Service Technician

Dealership: L0053 Subaru of Spokane Subaru of Spokane Hiring: Service Technician Pay: $22-$38 flat rate Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, and closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in downtown Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager. Competitive flat-rate earning potential Consistent workflow and strong customer retention Modern equipment and ongoing investments in technician support Manufacturer training and career advancement opportunities Career growth with Lithia & Driveway, one of the nation's largest automotive retailers What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards Efficiently identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience Stay current on manufacturer training and emerging automotive technologies Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What You'll Bring 5+ years of automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills Ability to perform engine, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical repairs We prefer ASE certifications or Subaru specific training if no ASEs are complete. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards Total Rewards Flat rate pay range for this role is $22-$38 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
