The 4-Star Full‑Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and overlooks impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis. The starting rate for this position is $18.00. As an intermediate line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest quality standards. You must possess good communication and culinary skills, have hotel cooking experience, and hold a culinary degree or related education. You will work single stations in the kitchen under significant supervision and training, requiring professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Qualifications Refined verbal communication skills. 2 years of previous line experience preferred. Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills. Able to work single station in the kitchen. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
