Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Quality Control Inspector will perform detailed inspections of aircraft components, repairs, and modifications to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include reviewing work orders and technical documentation, conducting visual and dimensional inspections, documenting and reporting non-conformities, and verifying that corrective actions are completed effectively. The role also involves collaborating with mechanics, engineers, and supervisors to resolve quality issues, maintaining accurate inspection records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance and repair processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection for aircraft repairs and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support compliance with internal and external standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and document inspection results clearly.
• Relevant experience in aviation maintenance, MRO operations, or aerospace manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, industry standards, and technical documentation (e.g., maintenance manuals, drawings) is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make sound judgments in time-sensitive situations are important.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in aviation maintenance or quality inspection is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in hangar environments, and to use inspection tools and equipment safely.
