Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

Develop and analyze Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify bottlenecks, waste, inefficiencies, and capacity constraints.
Conduct capacity analysis, process baselining, and current vs. future state assessments to define improvement opportunities.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality failures, defects, downtime, and process issues, and support corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, including detailed implementation plans and follow-up.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

5 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Strong hands-on manufacturing/shop floor experience.
Experience with assembly processes, process improvement, and production troubleshooting.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
