Project ManagerFayetteville, GeorgiaProject ManagerLocation: 435 highway 54 Fayetteville west, GASchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAbout the OpportunityLoyal Source is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale physical security system projects for a major client within a mission-critical data center environment. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex commercial security installations from inception through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage large-scale physical security projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of security technologies, including:Access Control SystemsCCTV / Video Surveillance SystemsIntrusion Detection SystemsSecurity Management PlatformsCoordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership and client teams.Manage subcontractors and field teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and operational impacts.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial security projects.Background working in a data center environment is required.Demonstrated experience overseeing projects involving access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems.Strong understanding of project management principles, construction coordination, and system integration.Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work full-time on-site in the Metro Atlanta Airport area.Must have experience working on an active construction site.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with the following security platforms is highly preferred:LenelS2Milestone SystemsGenetecExperience managing mission-critical infrastructure or enterprise-level security deployments.PMP or related project management certifications are a plus.BenefitsLoyal Source offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysIf you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you may request a reasonable accommodation by contacting HR at View email address on click.appcast.io.
