Overview Certified Surgical Technologist – Cardiovascular OR – Glenview, IL Now Hiring: Surgical Technologist – Operating Room (Cardiovascular Specialty), Glenview, IL — Full Time — Days — $24.86–$37.29/hr A well-established hospital in Glenview, IL is hiring a Surgical Technologist to join its Operating Room team within the Cardiovascular Institute. This is a great opportunity for a Surgical Tech looking to grow their skills in a specialized cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgical environment. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm (on-call rotation required) Pay: $24.86–$37.29 per hour, based on experience What You7ll Do Perform scrub person duties during surgical procedures Prepare and dispense instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical cases Complete instrument, needle, sharps, and sponge counts; handle specimens Assist with dressings, casts, and patient positioning Support decontamination/reprocessing area as needed Maintain OR and surgical cart inventory What Youull Need High school diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, or minimum 3 years of Surgical Tech experience Current CPR/BLS certification Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential highly preferred Whator You Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet insurance options Tuition reimbursement Free parking Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Career growth and development pathways Interested in learning more?
