Position Overview

Alpha Tots ABA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Georgia. The BCBA will provide clinical leadership and oversight for individualized ABA treatment programs while supporting children, families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and the broader clinical team.

This position is well suited for a clinician who values evidence-based practice, ethical decision-making, collaboration, and professional growth. Essential Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment

Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills-based assessments, including functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on assessment findings, clinical data, family priorities, and medical necessity.

Design and oversee skill-acquisition, behavior-reduction, communication, social, adaptive, and independence programs.

Analyze clinical data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify programming as appropriate.

Develop generalization, transition, and discharge recommendations based on client progress and clinical need.

Clinical Supervision & Team Development

Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and other clinical team members.

Conduct competency-based training, model appropriate clinical techniques, and provide constructive performance feedback.

Ensure treatment protocols are implemented with fidelity and in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing future RBTs and BCBAs.

Promote a collaborative, accountable, respectful, and clinically rigorous workplace culture.

Family & Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Develop collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers and provide structured caregiver training.

Communicate treatment progress, recommendations, and program changes clearly and professionally.

Incorporate appropriate family priorities into treatment planning and promote generalization across environments.

Collaborate with schools, physicians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals when clinically appropriate and properly authorized.

Documentation, Compliance & Quality

Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.

Review treatment data and documentation to support clinical quality and continuity of care.

Ensure services align with applicable payer requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards.

Maintain client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and adherence to applicable ethical requirements.

Participate in quality assurance and clinical performance improvement initiatives.

Clinical Leadership & Organizational Development

Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Support recruitment and professional development of additional BCBAs and RBTs as the organization grows.

Participate in clinical program development and expansion initiatives.

Identify opportunities to strengthen client outcomes, family experience, staff performance, and operational consistency.

Collaborate with organizational leadership on clinical strategy and scalable systems while maintaining high standards of care.

Required Qualifications

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related discipline.

Eligibility to provide BCBA services in Georgia and obtain required payer credentials.

Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and behavior intervention.

Experience supervising and providing clinical direction to RBTs or behavior technicians.

Strong written and verbal communication, clinical judgment, organization, and time-management skills.

Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of post-certification BCBA experience.

Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental differences.

Experience with insurance-funded ABA services, caregiver training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Experience recruiting, training, or mentoring clinical staff.

Previous Lead BCBA, Senior BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, or comparable leadership experience.

Interest in developing into a senior clinical leadership position.

Compensation & Professional Growth

Starting annual base salary: $80,000. Alpha Tots ABA is committed to creating meaningful professional growth opportunities for high-performing clinicians. As the organization expands, the selected BCBA may have opportunities to assume increasing clinical and leadership responsibilities.
