Key AccountabilitiesAids in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of customers, also communicates product challenges and customer specific requirements for resolution.Responsibilities also include providing equipment functionality and capability reports to the sales force and acting as technical liaison to the sales team.Technical product and design assistance to internal and external customersCoordinate additional support activities and post-sales technical support with engineering departments.Drawing, Checking, and Quoting ACAD Sales Drawings/ SubmittalsProject Management of large Sales ProjectsProduce Presentations and product comparisons for sales assistance.
