Manufacturing Technician – Assembly & Machine Operations | Day Shift | Erie, PA
Signal-Tech is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This position involves hands-on work in assembly, machine operation, fabrication, and manufacturing processes within a clean, stable, family-owned environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Assemble and wire products
- Work with a variety of manufacturing processes, including fabrication, assembly, finishing, and packaging
- Learn to operate CNC and robotic equipment through cross-training
- Read layouts and follow production specifications
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
Pay
- Starting at $18.57/hour for entry-level candidates
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience may qualify for a higher starting rate based on skills and experience
