Job Overview A law firm seeks a high-performing Immigration Attorney to manage complex business and employment-based immigration matters in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for attorneys who excel in structured environments and can independently deliver high-quality legal work. The attorney will lead investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based cases from strategy through filing, collaborating within a standardized workflow. Duties Lead attorney on investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based immigration matters. Drive legal delivery from drafting to post-filing client explanations. Provide legal strategies and quality assurance for assigned cases. Manage and update case pipelines using proprietary AI platform. Ensure timely and compliant filings with USCIS requirements. Conduct structured client interviews and maintain communication. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals in a structured pipeline. Meet or exceed 100 credit hours per month in deliverables.
