Attorney - Personal Injury

Associate Attorney We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This candidate will work hands‑on from inception of a case through trial with the assistance of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Litigation will cover a broad range of personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and sexual abuse. The role is currently remote but will transition to fully on‑site in our San Francisco, CA office in the near future. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution. Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage. Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients. Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California State Bar membership. Minimum 1–4 years of personal injury or similar law experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Benefits Salary commensurate with experience ($100,000–$180,000). Commission on settled cases depending on experience.
