Shingle Installer – Modular Home Manufacturing

Pay: $17.00/hour + $100 weekly attendance bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:10 PM

Job Description:
Seeking dependable Shingle Installers to work in a manufacturing environment building modular homes. This position is responsible for installing roofing shingles and completing related roofing tasks to ensure homes are properly constructed and meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install architectural shingles on modular home roofs according to work orders and production specifications.

• Measure, cut, align, and secure shingles using pneumatic nail guns and other hand or power tools.

• Assist with roof decking, flashing, underlayment, vents, and other roofing components as needed.

• Inspect completed roofing work for proper alignment, fastening, coverage, and overall quality.

• Follow production schedules and maintain required production levels.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform other construction or production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing, shingle installation, construction, or carpentry experience preferred.

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic nail guns.

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work efficiently while meeting production expectations.

• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time every day.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb, and work on roofs throughout the workday.

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Attendance & Pay Incentives:

• Starting pay of $17.00 per hour.

• $100 weekly attendance bonus for employees who are present and on time every day during the workweek.

• Employees who are present and on time every day and complete their required production may be paid for 40 hours even if they work fewer than 40 actual hours that week, according to company policy.

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:10 PM.
