- Assisted with the installation of HVAC systems and components in newly constructed modular homes.
- Installed and connected ductwork, vents, registers, and other HVAC components according to production specifications.
- Assisted with positioning and securing HVAC equipment and components within designated areas of the home.
- Measured, cut, and assembled ductwork and materials to ensure proper fit and airflow.
- Used hand and power tools to complete HVAC installation and assembly tasks.
- Followed blueprints, work instructions, and established installation procedures.
- Inspected completed work to ensure components were properly installed, secured, and ready for the next stage of production.
- Worked as part of a production team to maintain daily construction schedules and quality standards.
- $100 attendance bonus each week for showing up on time, not calling out, and not leaving early.
