Test user interfaces and control schemes for clarity, intuitiveness, and effectiveness in complex simulations. Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to ensure authenticity and functionality. Document findings with precise details, including cause, effect, and potential impact on realism. Test game stability and performance under demanding simulated conditions. Provide constructive feedback on gameplay depth, learning curves, and overall user experience in simulation contexts. Contribute to the development of new testing strategies for complex simulation mechanics. Requirements Proven experience in video game testing, with a strong focus on simulation genres. Deep understanding of physics engines, AI behavior, and complex system interactions. Familiarity with the specific domain of the simulation games being tested (e.g., aviation, trucking, city building). Proficiency in using bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and a methodical approach to reporting. Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. A passion for simulation games and a commitment to realism and detail. Experience with data analysis and statistical validation is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
