You drive branch growth through effective sales strategies, business development, and strong relationships. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive, productive work environment that highlights our corporate culture and HMA values. Job Responsibilities: Leads and manages all aspects of branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve branch goals and targets. Coaches, mentors, and develops branch staff to maximize their potential and performance. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including risk management protocols. Cultivates strong relationships with customers and the local community to promote business growth. Manages branch budget and expenses effectively. Monitors branch performance metrics and implements corrective actions as needed. Drives business development initiatives to expand the branch's customer base. Resolves customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff. Qualifications: Professional Background/Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage banking services, including branch management and sales leadership. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Experience in team leadership and performance management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Proficiency in branch operations and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
