Branch Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a leading global freight forwarding company. Recognised as one of the Top 5 freight forwarders worldwide , our client offers a comprehensive portfolio of international air, ocean, road, and logistics solutions, supported by an extensive global network. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the New Jersey branch, driving commercial growth, managing profitability, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with regional leadership to deliver business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the New Jersey branch team. Drive revenue growth and branch profitability. Manage operational performance across Air, Ocean, and Logistics. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Monitor KPIs, budgets, and branch performance. Recruit, coach, and mentor team members. Requirements Previous Branch Management or Senior Freight Forwarding Management experience. Strong background in international freight forwarding. Commercially driven with proven business development success. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong understanding of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, and Supply Chain operations.
