Senior Marketing Automation Manager

Leading the marketing automation team, the full-time Senior Marketing Automation Manager will serve as the primary technical expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, overseeing email campaigns, data management, and team development in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations, including data extension structure and Automation Studio configurations Oversee email campaign best practices, including HTML template creation, deliverability optimization, and performance analysis Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers and email specialists, fostering skill development and continuous improvement Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing automation with 3+ years in a management role Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with data extensions and Journey Builder Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript/SSJS Proven track record of managing and developing technical teams Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance regulations
