Patent Attorney - Life Sciences
\nOur client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Patent Attorney for its Life Science practice in Philadelphia, New York City or Rochester offices. The salary for this position is between $235k to $295k.
\n \nQualifications
\n- \n
- 2-4 years of experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and litigation, including FTO opinions and patent diligence projects. \n
- Advanced degree [Ph.D. preferred] in life sciences [biology, immunology, molecular biology, biotechnology or related degree]. \n
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. \n
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills. \n
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. \n
