Intellectual Property Patent Attorney - Life Sciences

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Patent Attorney for its Life Science practice in Philadelphia, New York City or Rochester offices. The salary for this position is between $235k to $295k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and litigation, including FTO opinions and patent diligence projects.
- Advanced degree [Ph.D. preferred] in life sciences [biology, immunology, molecular biology, biotechnology or related degree].
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
