TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Hagerstown, Maryland, 21742!
Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – MarylandStart Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week, 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, every other weekend required, float to IMC as needed
Highlights:
- Critical care environment serving trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patient populations
- 24-bed ICU with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including rapid response teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and physical therapy
- Epic EMR system; 24-hour orientation provided
- Manageable patient ratios of 1:2 on days and nights
- Advanced equipment including CRRT, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and intraventricular drains (EVDs)
- One pre-approved time-off request available per contract
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Maryland (pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required; 3 years preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Epic charting system experience required
- Experience with 1:2 patient ratios in critical care settings
- Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (no exemptions)
