Overview Our client, a respected financial services firm in Manhattan, seeks a Senior Recruiter to join on a hybrid basis. The role centers on driving end-to-end recruitment across various functions, with a focus on attracting top talent within the financial services sector. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across front-office, operations, and corporate functions. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define needs and design targeted sourcing plans. Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals. Screen candidates and manage the interview process from initial outreach through offer. Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, with emphasis on financial services talent pools. Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders. Maintain a positive candidate experience while juggling multiple active searches. Requirements 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or related industries. Proven track record recruiting across a broad range of roles and levels. Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates. Experience handling a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently while prioritizing competing demands.
