Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using warehouse management systems.
- Label, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with material movement to support production and other departments as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
