Production Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and production flow. This position assists the manager in ensuring efficient production, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in maintaining efficient production flow and daily operations.
- Monitor production cycle times and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate workflow and communication between production, warehouse, and other departments.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting daily production deadlines.
- Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and operational tasks.
- Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Work overtime and Saturdays as business needs require.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to perform physical work and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm + overtime
