As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.We are actively seeking therapists of diverse identities and strongly encourage BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ therapists to apply.Responsibilities And DutiesAssess for mental health diagnoses, develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyFor Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per weekProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsParticipate in marketing and outreach efforts to build community awarenessContribute to a thriving team cultureQualifications And SkillsCandidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldFully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in the state of New JerseyRequired experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerPreferred experience with a wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or familiesIdeal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation in a group or private practice settingComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, including the use of culturally sustaining and humble approachesPreference for those that have experience in working with specialized populations (ex: children and adolescents, couples/families, LGBTQIA+, trauma, BIPOC, etc.) and/or specialized treatment approaches (ex: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.)Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.), telehealth systems and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Ability to pass a background checkWhat We Have To OfferEllie Mental Health offers competitive compensation, an excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, outstanding wellness programs, and professional developmentFlexible schedulingHourly pay structure PLUS commission on client sessionsPaid holidays, including your birthdayPaid Continuing Education time and access to Continuing Education LibraryPay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentationOpportunities to be creative and develop your passions into new programs and servicesA beautiful, new fully furnished office space with modern décorWhat Else You Should KnowThis position is located in Cherry Hill, NJ with a hybrid work scheduleWe are hiring for MULTIPLE positions at this locationThis position will be under the general direction of the Clinical DirectorLearn more about our amazing company at Mental Health provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran by following applicable federal, state and local laws.
