Mental Health TherapistSalary Range $35.00 - $40.00 HourlyDescriptionMental Health Therapist participates in Intake Evaluation, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessionsAttends Case Conferences and Supervision sessionsDocuments sessions using the Electronic Health Record, CredibleMaintains and updates client demographic information in client chartEvaluates client's progress regularlyCreates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client's familyMaintains and keeps current all required consent forms.Amount of Travel/Special conditions: Frequent travel in the community to conduct client outreach.
