Responsibilities and duties include assessing for mental health diagnoses, developing and implementing client-centered treatment plans, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, participating in marketing and outreach efforts to build community awareness, and contributing to a thriving team culture.Qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and being on track to obtain licensure in their designated field, fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in the state of New Jersey, required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, preferred experience with a wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families, ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation in a group or private practice setting, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, including the use of culturally sustaining and humble approaches, preference for those that have experience in working with specialized populations (ex: children and adolescents, couples/families, LGBTQIA+, trauma, BIPOC, etc.) and/or specialized treatment approaches (ex: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.), proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.), telehealth systems and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), and ability to pass a background check.What we have to offer includes competitive compensation, an excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, outstanding wellness programs, and professional development, flexible scheduling, hourly pay structure plus commission on client sessions, paid holidays, including your birthday, paid continuing education time and access to Continuing Education Library, pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation, opportunities to be creative and develop your passions into new programs and services, and a beautiful, new fully furnished office space with modern décor.What else you should know includes this position is located in Cherry Hill, NJ with a hybrid work schedule, we are hiring for multiple positions at this location, this position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director, and learn more about our amazing company at 't meet every requirement?
