Key Responsibilities Conduct regular remote therapy sessions using our user-friendly online platform, offering clients a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and methodologies. Continuously monitor client progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness. Maintain detailed and organized client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in the provision of mental health services. Utilize telehealth tools and resources effectively to enhance user experience and therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, when needed, to coordinate comprehensive care that supports the client's overall well-being. Patient Population / Client Focus As part of our team, you will work with a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care to all clients, recognizing and respecting their individual backgrounds and experiences. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique struggles, empowering them to develop coping strategies and achieve mental wellness. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Proficiency in conducting individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs. Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and a comfortable approach to using technology in the therapeutic process. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment. Capacity to work autonomously while being an integral part of a larger support network. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in outpatient settings, particularly in a virtual capacity. Training or specialization in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Experience working with specific populations or issues relevant to our client demographic, such as child and adolescent mental health or trauma-informed care. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and professional background of the selected candidate.
