Work Environment This fully remote role allows therapists to conduct sessions from their own homes, offering flexibility and work-life balance. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, this position allows therapists to establish a routine while enjoying the benefits of a telehealth model. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their mental wellness and therapeutic progress. Encourage clients to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings, aiding them in developing self-awareness and improving interpersonal relationships. Act as an advocate for clients, helping them identify and articulate their therapeutic goals. Evaluate clients' psychological conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans using a solution-focused approach based on individual clinical expertise. Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards of care. Engage in regular consultation and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus The therapist will primarily work with adults who have stable and low-acuity mental health issues, enabling them to develop vital coping skills and strategies. Our aim is to support clients in achieving their personal goals while navigating life’s challenges with greater resilience. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Possession of an independent mental health license, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Demonstrated computer literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth setting, understanding the nuances of remote therapy delivery. Strong skills in assessing mental health conditions and developing treatment interventions. Experience fostering therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
