Work Environment This position is fully remote, giving clinicians the flexibility to work from home or any location they find most comfortable. The outpatient office model allows for consistent patient interaction without the constraints of a traditional in-person office setting. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality telehealth therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients via secure, cloud-based platforms. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs. Collaborate with a dedicated Admissions and Assessment team to streamline patient intake and address client needs holistically. Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and strategies that promote professional growth and improve care delivery. Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines. Participate in professional development activities, including free CEUs, to enhance your knowledge and stay current with industry trends. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults facing mental health issues. This demographic often requires tailored approaches, given their unique circumstances and development stages. With a maximum of eight clients in group sessions, you will have the opportunity to foster deep, meaningful connections and guide them through their healing journeys. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Active and independent licensure (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or eligibility to be supervised while working towards licensure. Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a 1099 or W2 employment structure. Preferred Experience Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and cloud-based communication platforms is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to engage clients and sustain therapeutic relationships effectively. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and level of licensure.
