By tailoring your approached treatment method to each client, you'll be integral in their personal growth and recovery journey.Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n\n A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).\n A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.\n Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable the management of caseload efficiently.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in a remote therapy setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms are preferred but not mandatory.
